US DOL Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Miami Office in collaboration with The Disability Independence Group, Inc. will host an event discussing Worker’s Rights for Individuals with Disabilities.

Topic: OFCCP will cover Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that prohibits federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating in employment against individuals with disabilities and requires employers take affirmative action to recruit, hire, promote, and retain these individuals.
