How to Request an Accommodation
Some accessibility services are offered at select performances or upon request. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead whenever possible.

Below is a summary of accessibility services currently offered.
Accessible Seating
- Wheelchair and swing-arm seating are available in all venues.
- Companion seating is available near accessible seats.
- Accessible seating can be selected during online ticket purchase or by phone.
- One accessible seat may be purchased with up to three companion seats.
Assistive Listening Devices
- Infrared assistive listening devices are available at no cost.
- Devices can be requested from the House Manager in the lobby before the performance.
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation
- Certified ASL interpreters are provided at select performances.
- Interpreted performances include a pre-show overview.
Audio Description
- Audio description is available at select performances for guests who are blind or have low vision.
- A trained describer provides live narration through an assistive listening device.
Open Captioning
- Open captioning displays spoken dialogue on a digital screen during the performance.
- Available at select performances.
Touch Tours
- Touch Tours allow guests to explore costumes, props, and stage elements before the show.
- Offered at select audio-described performances.
Service Animals
- ADA-defined service animals are welcome.
- Service animals must remain under the handler’s control and stay under or beside the guest’s seat.
Accessible Parking
- Guests with a valid accessible parking permit may park on nearby public streets for up to four hours at no charge.
- Accessible parking is also available in surrounding parking facilities.
